Hi.
I’m Yelena. I’ve been a market research professional for 20 years. I have extensive experience with qualitative research in the b2c and b2b spaces, with a niche in medical/healthcare.
I started as a recruiter during my college internship and quickly learned that good recruiting is the backbone of great research. Upon completing college, I worked as a project manager at a facility in a suburb of Boston, learning the ins and outs of qualitative face-to-face market research. It was there that I discovered that in addition to the research results, there are other key elements that make a research project successful, including client food, attentive facility staff, facility features, and more. It is these seemingly small (and often forgotten) details that clients remember and ultimately help make a project an overall success.
I later shifted gears to multi-market project management and it was there that I recognized the importance of a project’s entire journey. A successful project is one that starts with an experienced and trusted field coordinator who is able to efficiently and seamlessly manage all of the project details. A successful journey is one where challenges are faced with professionalism and proactive solutions. Above all, a successful journey means instilling confidence in clients via effective communication, diligence, and meaningful collaboration.
My expertise is in field coordination and my philosophy is simple; I view every client as a partner and strive to make every project enjoyable, memorable, and a success.
